In addition to enrollment forms please turn in a signed copy of the last page of the Parent Handbook as well as our COVID ADDENDUM Handbook, copy of your child's birth certificate and the Automated Payment Processing Document.
If you choose credit/debit there will be a 2.75% processing fee each time your card used. Checking does not have any fee.
